After the second exam, Dr. Balfour speaks with Ms. Morgan about a mammogram (and gives her a referral). Dr. Balfour reassures her that the lump is likely not a serious concern, and informs her that mammograms on patients under 40 are frequently not reliable diagnostic tools (read dialog).

In the subsequent months, Ms. Morgan makes two more office visits—not with Dr. Balfour—for URI complaints.
